Cancellation Policy

Upon subscribing, you will automatically be billed monthly.

The calendar day you sign up is the start of your billing cycle. We do not prorate or begin on the 1st of each month, unless you were to sign up on the 1st day of the month.

If you sign up on the 14th, you will be billed on the 14th the following month.

You may cancel your membership subscription at any time before the next billing date or before the payment processes.

There is no minimum amount of time to stay on membership subscription.

You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel.

Once your account has been billed, all sales are final and there will be no refunds.

By signing up for subscription and becoming a member, you agree that you will not file a dispute or fraudulently chargeback with your bank after service has been provided.

How to Cancel

We have made cancellation very simple. One single step by you.

To cancel your subscription, you have several option. You only need to do one (1) of the following:

  • Send an email to requesting to cancel your membership subscription.
  • Send a DM (Direct Message) on TDBA SLACK Channel, requesting to cancel your membership subscription.
  • Send a text message to 813 518 8739, requesting to cancel your membership subscription.
  • If your Membership is on our PocketSuite app, simply hit the “Cancel” link. On the following page, you will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Be sure to continue processing your cancellation until you receive the final confirmation page, your subscription will not be cancelled until you have reached this page.

Other Cancellation Options such as a phone call or mentioning it to a coach at the gym are not sufficient. There must be a email, slack or text documentation to verify the cancellation request was made before the next billing cycle processes.
